CHE-139.433.942 authorized and licensed to exercise the activity of trustees by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), and is subject to prudential supervision by the Supervisory Body for Financial Institutes OSIF, approved by FINMA, for the supervision of the financial intermediaries referred to in article 2 para. 2a bis of the Swiss Federal Law on combating money laundering and terrorism financing in the financial sector (AMLA). This supervision extends to article 2 para. 1b of the Federal Financial Institutions Act (FinIA).
